Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and emerging market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to accelerate innovation adoption and ecosystem development
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers on future technology paradigms
- Oversee technology forecasting models and scenario planning for global market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
