- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and lead a dedicated future technology incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech roles
- Proven track record launching AI/ML or blockchain initiatives at scale
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and sustainable innovation
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation lab environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
