Responsibilities

- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading tech labs, universities, and research institutions
- Represent InnovateX at global technology forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
