Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, prioritizing AI integration, quantum applications, and green tech initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3.0) for strategic adoption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical innovation with business objectives and market trends
- Present technology strategy to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and track implementation success
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and legacy modernization
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable technology practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
