Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible innovation and ethical tech deployment
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
