- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with ESG goals and market disruption timelines
- Lead global innovation sprints integrating Web3, AR/VR, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof infrastructure against climate resilience and AI governance shifts
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption maturity and ROI in emerging markets
- Curate ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and policy think tanks
- Present strategic briefings to board on long-term tech convergence scenarios
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS scale experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (2+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS) or Technology Foresight methodologies
