- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Forecast and mitigate ethical implications of next-gen autonomous systems
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized governance of AI networks
- Drive adoption of carbon-negative computing infrastructure
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AGI governance
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 and AI ethics frameworks
