Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)

- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future technology impact assessments
