The Opportunity
As a Future Technology Strategist, you'll lead our technology visioning efforts, ensuring our innovations align with market demands and societal needs. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to develop long-term strategies that position us at the forefront of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic technology initiatives
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and R&D programs
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets >$50M
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
