- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and tech trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
