Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with academic institutions and industry partners
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology management
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation incubation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
