As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll interface with C-suite executives, research partners, and global clients to align technology initiatives with market demands. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week while engaging with our vibrant downtown San Francisco innovation hub.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D programs
- Ensure alignment between technology strategy and business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or IoT ecosystemsMBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF)
