Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biocomputing, spatial web) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology portfolio prioritization based on market readiness and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research and startup ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
