Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-use-case scenarios
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biotechnology implementation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products with $100M+ revenue impact
