- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
