Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology plans into business objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential technology partnerships, acquisitions, and investments
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement future-focused innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CISSP)
