Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and industry disruption forecasts
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) into corporate innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions and conducting feasibility studies
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Create compelling technology roadmaps with KPIs for innovation velocity and market adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful case studies)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
