Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, sustainable computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-potential 2026 technology initiatives
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team of 8-12 engineers and researchers
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate 2026 breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotechnology, sustainable AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders and external partners
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals or major industry conferences
