Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into 5-year product development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Build and lead a cross-functional future-tech task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies
