Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading large-scale R&D initiatives ($3M+ budgets)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing algorithms and AI governance frameworks
