Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields: quantum computing, AGI safety, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with corporate vision and sustainability goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage innovation pipeline from conceptualization to pilot deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
