Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with commercialization potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure and security protocols
- Collaborate with VPs of Product and Engineering to align strategic initiatives with market demands
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Represent NextGen at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and marketing domains
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
