Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps identifying disruptive innovations with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) for competitive advantage opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting future technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain/metaverse)
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and/or technology foresight frameworks
- Portfolio of past strategic technology initiatives with measurable impact
