Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, decentralized systems)
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts affecting digital transformation
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer future-facing solutions
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing ethical considerations and commercial viability
- Mentor emerging talent in strategic foresight methodologies and emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable commercial impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS from APF) or technology architecture (e.g., TOGAF)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation policies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, executive, and board-level audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
