Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups into innovation ecosystem
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech innovation
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem (VCs, research labs, Fortune 500 tech leaders)
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight (preferred)
