Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to integrate cutting-edge solutions into core products
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Foster a culture of innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing technology strategy team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) strongly preferred
- Experience building and scaling tech innovation teams in fast-paced environments
