Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML, quantum computing, and green tech adoption
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and ROI analysis
- Mentor 15+ engineers and data scientists while establishing innovation KPIs
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify emerging technologies for acquisition
- Present strategic technology briefings to the board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for next-gen innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting and competitive analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley VC and Fortune 500 tech leadership
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
