- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech AI, neural interfaces) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor junior strategists in technology horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology roadmap implementations
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
