Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) and assess viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation proposals to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions and measure ROI
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
