- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with ROI projections
- Oversee implementation of pilot technologies with measurable success metrics
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and digital transformation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting models
- Experience scaling technology operations in fast-paced environments
- Certified in technology management or related strategic frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
