- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Translate technical vision into executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement plans
- Champion ethical AI governance and inclusive design principles across all technology initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record architecting multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Certification in Strategic Planning, TOGAF, or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
