- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Mentor senior technologists and cultivate an innovation-first culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in future-casting and innovation roadmapping
- Expertise in emerging technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3 ecosystems
- Track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (white papers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
