Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligning with organizational vision
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation products and services
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor a team of future-focused engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
