- Anticipate ethical and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with governments on policy shaping for autonomous systems
- Drive patent portfolios with 15+ novel technology applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- 5+ years leading tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech ethics frameworks
- Track record scaling solutions from concept to global deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin and Python
- Security clearance for DoD projects preferred
