Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget with ROI-driven allocation decisions
- Mentor senior engineers and PhD researchers in cutting-edge development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives in production environments
- Deep expertise in future tech forecasting and competitive analysis
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite/Boards
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT)
