Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems at enterprise level
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent technical impact
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for futuristic initiatives
- Speaker credentials at TED/WEF or equivalent high-visibility forums
