- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops, hackathons, and technology evangelism
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and technology portfolio optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or CTO-level roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services in tech-forward markets
