Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable innovation projects
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing at least two emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (white papers, patents, or industry talks)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology transformation projects
