- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions with 30% faster iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with <2-year market impact
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation in regulated industries
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- MBA/MS in Technology Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
