Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends (2026-2030)
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and next-gen AI systems
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on experimental technology validation
- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
