Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (2026-2031)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies via patent analysis and startup scouting
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or scaling tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or blockchain 3.0
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning for regulatory uncertainty
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
