- Present disruptive tech visions to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with 40% YoY growth targets
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on post-2025 tech paradigms
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent startup CTO experience)
- 5+ years leading enterprise-level technology transformation initiatives
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized AI/quantum products
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
