- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and research teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in foresight planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in tech innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
