Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI governance frameworks, circular economy tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech strategy into enterprise planning
- Build stakeholder partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
