- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with future-tech components
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or Technology Foresight
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech trends
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
