What You'll Do:

- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams across engineering, design, and research
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with Fortune 500-level cross-functional leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Futures Planning
