Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in next-gen tech ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies, measuring ROI and scalability potential
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies or market-shifting products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence with demonstrated thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
