Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business units
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for next-gen innovations
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on joint initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presentation skills
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
