Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with quantified ROI projections

- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on organizational strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial computing
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model long-term scenarios and risk assessments
