- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with agile methodologies and milestone tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven experience leading R&D initiatives or innovation labs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Python)
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive products or platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
